Day programme

10:00–12:00 Discovery & theory
Role of fungi, life forms, life cycle and families. Overview of cultivation methods (bags, logs, substrates) and their culinary and craft uses.

12:00–13:30 Themed meal
Seasonal menu prepared by the chef at La Gerbe d’Or, inspired by the fungal world.

13:30–16:00 Practical workshop
Guided preparation of a grow bag. Hygiene, substrate hydration, inoculation. Care and harvest tips. Exchanges and questions.
