Delivery time:

We generally deliver your parcels within two business days, from Monday to Friday, throughout Switzerland.

Mushroom origin:

All our mushrooms come from Swiss organic cultivation, whether from our own forest-grown crops or from our partners also located in Switzerland.

Contraindication:

It is always advisable to consult your doctor before taking any dietary supplements, as there may be contraindications with certain medications.

Our products are not recommended for pregnant women.

We advise against exceeding the recommended dose, which is 6 capsules per day.

Type of mushroom extraction:

Our mushroom extractions undergo a two-step process to maximize benefits. First, a hot water extraction pulls out the water-soluble compounds, followed by an alcohol extraction to capture the non-water-soluble ones. This ensures complete absorption and optimal effects for your health.

Usage advice:

For optimal use, we recommend taking 2 capsules in the morning after your breakfast for a maintenance dose.

If you feel weak or want to target a specific symptom, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Do not exceed the dose of 6 capsules per day. However, you can take up to 3 different types of mushrooms (do not exceed 2 capsules per day for each type, with a total of 6 capsules per day maximum).
