Directions
- Fill with prepared substrate and stand the bag upright.
- Sterilise in autoclave/pressure cooker (121 °C) leaving the opening unsealed (folded, not airtight).
- Inoculate under clean conditions (disinfected surface) — by mixing in or as a surface layer of mycelium.
- Heat‑seal (sealer) then incubate at the species‑appropriate temperature.
